If we are not aware that we carry guilt and shame over past actions we can be filtering all our decisions and reactions based on these 2 filters. These can lead to harsh inner filters which can constitute continuous harsh inner voice and self sabotage. This energy cannot become neutral after one session. Usually they are attached to many self imposed judgements and environmentally imposed cultural endocrines. A healthy filter and view allows you to take risks and helps to eliminate procrastination.
